Privacy Policy

Glove Chubby ("we," "us") runs glovechubby.com, the Travel Ballers Anonymous newsletter, and the Mr. Chubby accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. This policy explains what we collect, why, who touches it, and how to make us delete it. Short version: we collect your email if you give it to us, we send you the emails you asked for, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

Newsletter signups. Your email address and which team you picked (daddyballer or mommy baller). We use it to send the weekly newsletter and to sort you into the right list.

Business inquiries. Your email, business name, what the product is, and your website if you gave one. We use it to reply to you about reviews, sponsorships, and affiliate deals.

Stories and videos you send us. If you email or message us content for the show, we keep the message and the content. See the Terms for what you're agreeing to when you do that.

Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, logs standard request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve and protect the site. We don't run analytics or tracking cookies on the site today. If we add a Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, or Google Analytics later, we'll update this page and those tools will set their own cookies; you can block them with your browser or the platforms' ad settings.

Social platforms. When you follow, comment, or message Mr. Chubby on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest, that platform's privacy policy governs. We see what the platform shows us (your public profile, your comment, your DM) and nothing more.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work:

We don't sell, rent, or trade your email or any other personal information. We'll disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site from abuse.

Email

We only email people who signed up or contacted us. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link that works with one click; you can also reply to any email and say "stop" and we'll remove you by hand. We follow CAN-SPAM. Our sending address is chubby@glovechubby.com, and replies go to a real inbox.

Affiliate links and sponsored content

As an Amazon Associate, Glove Chubby earns from qualifying purchases. Some other product links may also be affiliate links. Sponsored videos and posts are marked as such on the platform where they appear. Full details in the Terms.

Kids

The site and newsletter are for parents and adults, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child gave us their email, tell us and we'll delete it. If you send us photos or video of players, make sure you have permission from their parents first; we may decline to use content that shows other people's kids.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email glovechubbymail@gmail.com from the address in question and we'll handle it within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of. EU/UK residents: our basis for processing is your consent (you signed up) or our legitimate interest in replying to you; you can withdraw consent by unsubscribing.

How long we keep it

Newsletter contacts stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Business inquiries stay as long as we're talking. Cloudflare's request logs are short-lived and we don't export them.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form data goes straight to Resend over encrypted connections. We use reputable providers and keep access to a small number of people. No system is perfect; if we ever have a breach that affects you, we'll tell you.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, say so in the newsletter.
